Upon a request by the Magistrate of the District Court Mullaitivu the Sri Lanka Army has assisted in clearing and landscaping the court complex in Mullaitivu.  

Magistrate /District Judge has spared some time of his busy schedule to write to Secretary Defence to thank for a job well done by the Army.

This is another proof to the fact that allegations made by interested parties in the north regarding the Army presence being a hindrance to day to day civil administration are in fact not based on facts. Such myths are propagated by these parties only to hamper the close cooperation between the civil authorities and the military.
