State Children’s Drama festival 2014 commences today

The State Children’s Drama festival 2014 co-organized by the Department of Cultural Affairs and the Panel of Drama of the Sri Lanka Arts Council under the instructions of the Ministry of Culture and the Arts will commence at the New Town Hall Colombo 07 at 5.00 pm today (15).

Sapugaskanda refinery reopens

The Sapugaskanda oil refinery which had been closed down for over a month, resumed operations today with taking delivery of crude oil unloaded through the repaired hose, the Petroleum Industries Minister Anura Priyadharshana Yapa said.
